Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold HostDime India harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination and Suspension
You may cancel your services at any time in accordance with your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms us, other customers, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we may delete data associated with your account after a reasonable notice period, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
